Rendezvous on Riverview

Started in 2009 with a grant from Polk County, the Highland, Oak and Union Park neighborhood organizations worked together to create this fun, family-oriented neighborhood festival.  Funds raised remain in the area to support various community projects.

 

In 2009, ROR was held at the former site of Riverview Amusement Park.  This year due to construction on Riverview Island, the free, summer concert series will be held on the former Clarkson School lot at 6th & Boston.  Just a few blocks north of North High School.

 

We feature Live Music from some of Central Iowa's best bands.  Lots of food and beverage options including beer, soft drinks, walking-tacos, hot-dogs and much more.

 

 

New Hours This Year!

Rendezvous on Riverview will be held every Friday night in June and July from 5:30 to 9:30pm, so please join us and bring your friends, or come and make some new ones at Rendezvous on Riverview!  Come and have a great time, but please, no coolers.
